Bahram Yusefzadeh

Founder, Chairman and CEO

Bahram Yusefzadeh is an entrepreneur and technology pioneer with more than 35 years of experience in all facets of business development. From creating and managing high tech companies, to acquiring and advising businesses and steering them to the public market, he has employed his strong vision and keen insight to assess the needs and growth potential of organizations to strategically position them for success. Mr. Yusefzadeh is the founder of two successful enterprises, including Phoenix International, a leading publicly held international banking software developer. He led the company from start-up through IPO, secondary offering, and acquisition (purchased in 2001 by London Bridge Group).

As Founder, Chairman and CEO of V2R Group, he is committed to significantly accelerating the growth and value of technology companies worldwide by leveraging his vast technical resources and expertise. His hands-on experience, particularly in the financial services industry, combined with his in-depth knowledge of technology, the international business climate and capital markets, are the driving forces behind V2R Group. In addition to serving as Founder, Chairman and CEO of V2R Group, Mr. Yusefzadeh sits on the boards of V2R Group's portfolio companies, ICU Data Systems, Inc. and Clavina Diagnostics, Inc.

One of his greatest strengths has been to identify and develop innovative technological tools that streamline business operations, improve efficiency, and help create expansion opportunities.

He has extended his expertise into both the public and private equity markets and has used his extensive business experience to develop strategic partnerships with major hardware and software companies worldwide, including Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Unisys, and Siemens Westinghouse.

Mr. Yusefzadeh holds a number of board positions with various industry groups, and is active in several professional organizations within his community. Most notably, he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the International Center for Automated Information Research (ICAIR), a capital fund sponsored through a national grant with the University of Florida Law School that invests in early stage companies. Since 1988, Mr. Yusefzadeh has served as an advisor to the Capital Appreciation Fund II, and Atlanta-based VC fund, focused on early stage technology companies.

Other board memberships include the Board of Directors for Mercury Gate, a transportation management technology company; and The Florida Research Consortium Board. In addition, since 2004, Mr. Yusefzadeh has served as an advisor and director to Dr. Mollaghasemi, CEO of Productivity Apex, Inc.
