For over 30 years, David Pomerance has been a leader in the health information systems market place. During his stellar career, he has served as CEO, President, or CFO of several healthcare related companies and one hospital. He has a proven record of building successful companies from the ground up and has consistently delivered significant return to shareholders. David led the turnaround of a troubled laboratory system company through relocation and two acquisitions to transform it into a multifaceted electronic health record and clinical system company. His leadership resulted in an increased market capitalization from $12 to $100 million. He founded a broad based health information systems company, which in 1983 was the fastest growing Hospital Information Systems Company in the United States. Baxter International acquired the company when it had over 300 client hospitals, 450 employees and sales in excess of $85 million. He currently serves as Managing Director and General Partner of three MRI facilities in South Florida.
