Bob Lind
Managing DirectorBerkshire Bridge Capital; leads investment banking activities.
Bob Lind has 30 years of senior-level financial experience including investment banking, private equity ownership, corporate management and boutique M&A advisory. Prior to Berkshire Bridge, Bob worked at SAIC's Venture Capital group for four years, where he oversaw new investment activities and co-managed a portfolio of approximately 40 companies. He also served as an independent consultant to SAIC during the late 1990's and assisted them in 3 M&A transactions in that capacity. Bob also was one of Rockwell's thirteen corporate officers and served as Head of Corporate Development from 1994 to 1997. During that time he led more than 25 M&A transactions aggregating more than $4 billion. Prior to Rockwell, he was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers, where he worked from 1983 to 1994. Bob is also a retired Captain of the US Navy, where he served as a reservist from 1973 to 1994 after three years of active duty. He was awarded two Navy Commendation Medals. Bob received a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from University of San Francisco, where he graduated first in his class."
